Day 1 Casablanca – Rabat
Upon your arrival, our driver will welcome you at the Airport. Driving towards the old city of Casablanca. You will see the biggest mosque of morocco,Hassan II and stroll around Mohamed V square that is filled with pigeons. Tour length in Casablanca varies according to different flight schedules. After lunch, While you are heading to Rabat, you’ll be provided with a brief review of the whole journey. Dinner and Overnight in Rabat.
Day 2 Rabat-Fes
After breakfast, you’ll enjoy a half day city tour with experienced local guide in this imperial city, Rabat. During the tour, you will see ramparts and walls surrounding the royal palace of Rabat, the soulem and ancient Oudaya Kasbah, the marvelous Mohamed V mausoleum and an incomplete art, Hassan Tower. In the afternoon, you will head to Fes and spend the night here in your Riad/Hotel.
Day 3 Fes
Enjoy your breakfast while overlooking entire Fez at your hotel’s rooftop restaurant. For today, you will stroll among the crooked alleyways , to explore all maze-like ramparts and souks with an experienced local guide who speaks fluent English. Because of its rich history and copious cultures, the old medina of Fez was declared as UNESCO world heritage site. Proceeding to discover hidden secrets of Fez , you’ll climb the ruins of Merinid tombs, visit the ancient Merinid style schools which were built in the early 14th century named Bouanania and the Attarine Madrasa.
These cultural feasts deserve their own aftertaste during a lunch break at a traditional restaurant in the Medina. In the afternoon, you will sightseeing one of Morocco’s most famed gateways called Bab Boujloud and the Royal Palace. As twilight is gradually falling over the old Medina, you can wander around the busy markets in the narrow streets to purchase some fine souvenirs like pottery, leather goods, and local merchants’ hand made jewellery. At the end, you will return to the home like Riad/Hotel for recreation.
Day 4 Fes- Merzouga
Today you will start the journey to Sahara desert. After breakfast our driver will await in front of your hotel/riad, ready to set off to Merzouga. Driving passed the winding and yet Atlas mountains, soon what heaves in your sights is pure white Ifrane . You will have lunch at a restaurant in Midelt. Hitting the road again to our destination, you will pass by grand view of Ziz valley near Errachidia city and finally, Erfoud. On the way, you will feel the simple and unadorned atmosphere of Rissani village and have a glimpse at Nomadic lifestyle. Once you arrive Merzouga, it’s time to abandon modern means of transportation and gain some Sahara desert spirits.
Getting on camels and step into the nothingness. Into the sands, the absolute serenity wipes out all problems one has, and only emphasizes the breathtaking sunset of Sahara. After approximately one and half hours camel ride, you will reach the luxury camps beneath the high dunes. You will taste dinner prepared by local desert residents with a cup of hot welcome tea. At night, there will be appealing berber musical performances around the fireplace underneath the shining stars. It is indeed a once in lifetime experience, an indelible memory!
Day 5 Merzouga-Skoura
Breakfast will be served in the restaurant camp. Afterwards you will head to Skoura approaching a brand new routine with different exciting sightseeing spots. First stop is Todgha Gorges. With a road of countless unique Kasbahs, Todgha Gorges canyon’s spectacular scenery attracted thousands of hikers and hollywood movie makers. You can choose to hike along a well maintained paved road in the gorges with river running between the rocks. Next, is the equally amazing Dades and Rose valley. If you are traveling in may, you will see colorful roses spread across the valley. The last stop of today is Skoura. Here you will have dinner and spend the night in your hotel.
Day 6 Skoura-Marrakech
A lot of hollywood movie productions were shot in the world famous Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou in Ouarzazate city, such as Game of Thrones, Gladiator, Aladdin and so on. The ancient kasbah lies tightly besides the modern residential area. This kind of unique layout brings past history and present time together, creating a dimension beyond time. In the end, you will drive all the way through winding and breathtaking tizi-ntichka pass of Atlas Mountains, and finally arrive at today’s destination, Marrakech. After dinner, one night’s accommodation in the hotel.
Day 7 Marrakech
After breakfast, you will start exploring Marrakech with a local guide. A whole day of in depth city tour begins with Koutoubia Mosque which is known as the landmark of Marrakech. Within 5 minutes walking distance, you will enter the souks where you can purchase almost any kinds of moroccan crafts, lamps and pottery. In the afternoon, you will visit Bahia Palace and Saadian Tombs. Inside the majestic Saadian tombs, sultan Ahmad al-Mansur was buried here. The tombs were discovered in 1917 and were restored by the Beaux-arts service. At night , you will roam around the hectic Jemaa el-fnaa loaded with exotic street performances, intriguing fortune teller, most bizarre native street food including boiled snails. After dinner, you will end this full day of adventures and return to your hotel.
Day 8 Marrakech- Airport
On the last day, The driver will transfer you and your belongings safely to Marrakech airport, according to your flight schedule. Hope you enjoy your time with us here !
